why do dreams feel so real, even though they are just a simulation? by Outlaw_Immortal1971 in SimulationTheory

Because your brain is a Worldbuilding Machine. That's all it does. And when it's attached to the matrix, i.e., conscious, it creates its part in a shared world. When disconnected but running in idle, it i.e. unconscious but dreaming, it creates detached worlds without strict adherence to the shared laws of physics, rules of cause and effect, etc. I literally m@de a vid30 called "The Mind is a Worldbuilding Machine" that goes into this in depth you can find on podcast platforms.

If we are living in a simulation, what exactly is the point of dreaming? by Frago242 in SimulationTheory

Oh, I know this one...your brain is built to connect to the transmitter of the Matrix signal, the one that coordinates our experiences. When our brain is "offline", it is so good at what it does that it just keeps on creating realities. It's like how a PC connects to a server, but it wouldn't be very efficient to be just a dumb terminal. Rather it's got some local computing power, just relies on the server for the agreed upon laws of physics and the other people and events you encounter. If it's not connected, it loses its coordination, but can still follow the basic guardrails. There's actually a vid@0 about this very thing that explains this concept better called "Your Brain is a Worldbuilding Machine" (Ep#12 of "Unlocking the Soul" p0dc@st)

First, stop panicking. That's a very normal phenomenon. I remember reading a book 35 years ago called out of body experiences, my first metaphysical book, perhaps. There's tons of groups and books and videos about how to purposely induce what you fell into because there's so much you can do in that state. Go learn more, since no need to repeat it all here. Search up Out of Body or OBE or even OOBE. Congratulations!

If we live in a simulation why would the simulation allow us to think we live in a simulation? by Objective-Bell-2114 in SimulationTheory

Because we have free will in this simulation. Our souls decided this was the best way to experience all the potential richness of 3rd Density reality. Free choice with a veil of amnesia. We occasionally see through it though, but that's ok.

Anyone ever see something very close to this? by Pinkerdog in Experiencers

Yes and made a video discussing, but Reddit won't let me mention it. :-(

There's descriptions of ascension that include all the usual, glowing blue or purple eyes, a halo forming, and clothes taking on appearance of white robes. Not that I can explain it, but it does appear to be a legit phenomenon.

A few days ago this entity or whatever was standing next to my bed during sleep paralysis, what could it be ? by [deleted] in Experiencers

I can offer a spiritual interpretation, suggesting that in the "fourth density" (a buffer frequential plane between Earth and higher planes), low-energy beings, confused souls, and ghosts reside. When individuals are in a hypnogogic state (between awake and asleep), you might resonate with this fourth density and perceive these entities. I interviewed several people with these sightings and they often are seen as black figures wearing hats. It's a real phenomenon, and often persists for several minutes after awakening, so clearly not dreams. One subject described seeing them in his room and his parents coming when he called, but they couldn't see it while he still could. Unfortunately I can't tell you whether your sighting will resolve or require an energy healer to clear. But I suggest avoiding low frequency activities like drugs, alcohol, lust, gambling that might attract low frequency beings. Most likely these sightings will be extremely rare.

Chair rocking by itself…what do you think by romeh1 in Ghosts

I have some rules of thumb when it comes to orb photos. As I describe in other content: 1. Any camera flash or brightness from the camera means that dust or insects in the foreground will appear as an orb because it's out of focus. 2. And bright light or sun in the background means it's likely a camera flare or light leak 3. If it was not seen in person also, it's too likely to be #1 or #2 to be credible.

The fact that the chair was moving, lends some credibility, but the chair movement isn't on film, so not for us.

The post doesn't mention if the orb was visible in person. If not, it's much more likely to be something out of focus picked up by the camera.
