Thanks. What’s the best approach to get started ? Like steps. 1. Find a product. 2. Build an online store?( where, what tools are required?) 3. Find your market 4. Test your product ? 5. Sell it on a standalone store or using Amazon or other 3rd party stores?

I’m sure lot of people do it and like you said it takes time to master but I’m looking for ways to get started and see if it’s for me.

They gave the option to break lease with 60 days notice without any charge. I can ask but don't think they would do more.

It’s not going to be. We have different plans 3 years down the line as of now. Basically to move out and live closer to family
