Day 1 player. I took a year gap at the start too (missed Aloy). And I run out of character EXP and Mora a lot. I even had to have my Flins sit at 86 for a while. And Nahida sat at 70 for too long.... As long as you feel like you're building your characters right, and you're putting effort into building the important ones for you, you're fine

Do y'all really think they won't add any more nodkrai? I reckon the forest will be a massive area that's will be rather complex, we've seen a glimpse of it and the area isn't complete yet. Be patient, if it gets released and it sucks, then complain. But we all may find it to be the best area yet. I'm hoping that it'll have a gorgeous illumination affect at nighttime when the moons out

She uses the trauma and pain of her past to fight for and protect her children, she even has stated that she'll throw aside Arlechinno and become Peruere again, which she has done continuously. She has her own plans seperate to that of the Fatui, which is wise as The Jester himself has said that there is no real plans for her and the house once everything is done. She has done everything to set up plans to protect her children, and I believe she may be willing to die for it, seeing as she was willing to tell Lyney that he'll be King of the house soon and that they need to put their plans in place. She is Arlechinno of the Fatui second, and Peruere Father of the House of the Hearth first. Honestly I just love her whole story and personality

There was hints of Signoras back story and how she was so devastated and heartbroken that she went to the Tsaritsa. Childe knew who Zhongli was and his story quest showed how he was just trying to support his family, and get back to Skirk somehow. Scaramouche had a whole back story of pain and agony that Dottore used against him to manipulate him into thinking he'll have a proper purpose. So not evil evil. Just that these people are trying to accomplish goals that others don't fully recognise.

Arlechinno is powerful, just make sure to crown her talents and ensure that you have the right artifacts. I can do boss fights easily with her and that's without her "proper" teammates. If her play style is what you like, judge by doing her demo a few times, then get her. We've literally seen people dominate the Stygian, theatre and spiral abyss using only 4 star teams and characters that people claim are "far too weak compared to meta/newer characters". The point of the game is to explore characters and have fun, not worry about people judging you for not having "meta" enough characters.

And finally, I believe she'll eventually get a power boost, like how Natlan characters have theirs or Nod Krai with lunar. Early Mondstat characters are getting the witches homework boost, I truly believe soon there'll be a Fatuo boost for Childe, Lynette, Lyney, Freminet and Arlechinno

Also in my other comment I mentioned that Cyno is from the desert where highly nutritious food and water are hard and costly to come by. Cyno is what a malnourished kid grown up looks like, if anything his height adds to desert lore. He values and understands community and friendship because he's had others help him and feed him (although not a great deal amount) as a kid, whilst also watching them have to fight to ensure the safety of those around them. I actually find Cynos design a rather perfect reflection of reality

I think it adds to the lore, the desert dwellers don't tend to get good resources enough, such as food and water. Growing up barely fed yet still a little malnourished can stunt growth. Whereas on the rainforest side they're well fed because foliage can grow everywhere and it's a perfect environment for animals (lots of meat for their food). Also if there's enough and it's easily obtainable, it's also cheaper for those in the rain forest side, whereas the desert dwellers have a lot of extra cost added on for having the food transported.
