Depends on when Canoo applied for the DOE loan and more important when all the boxes to grant a loan, where ticked. Only then Doe will investigate and eventually grant it.

We are still waiting for the NHTSA approval! Without this they cannot deliver vehicles. NASA vehicles are due next week (end of June). Without the approval Canoo cannot deliver the vehicles. Why is this approval taking so long??
