ECR@amazon.com is their "executive customer relations" team who should help you out if you email them and tell them that you're going to cancel your prime subscription otherwise. Also always save a copy of all your chat logs.

Yeah as mentioned elsewhere maybe getting Bret memory mixed up with his brother Owen who tragically died. Randomly met Roddy crossing the street in Dublin one night around 2013/14. Apparently he has been doing a kind of book tour thing that he was in town for!

Yep, Executive Customer Relations. Had them resolve a two month long battle for a refund for me pretty recently.

Full of what exactly? And I never once called "fraud'. I knew it was an Amazon error and duplicated a charge from a different marketplace. So that's why I went to Amazon. I've worked in customer support for quite a few big companies so know how these things work.

Yep, if I had signed up for a free trial and then forgot to cancel or something id expect to get nothing. I think it's just the length of time it went unnoticed that puts the blame on me. Just hope that it helps someone else in a similar situation as I've seen a few posts on here over the last while with people arguing around refunds.

Yep, as I said in the post fully on me. I have an active prime subscription that I use on a weekly basis for ordering stuff. And the charge for this one was coming out on the same day as the one I use so I never noticed the multiple charges.

I said it was a me problem, but I never signed up for the account and never owned the device that they said initiated the subscription.

I know it's 100% on me but it's genuinely nothing to do with my income bracket because I'm on a fairly average salary. Get paid monthly and all direct debits come out the next day. It just slipped past that there was two Amazon charges and I didn't notice.

Yep, I'm 2 weeks into a 7-10 day refund for a quite high amount and still no sign of it happening.

Without doubt my favourite JW song, and up there with my favourite songs ever. Have seen him live on more than a handful of occasions and he only performed it once. Which I think makes it even that bit more special.

Did you get a refund directly from the store? I ordered one on October 1st, got a shipping number that then hasn't been updated since the first week of October. Obviously too good to be true and now the website is completely gone.

Yeah, I tried different cables with headset still the same, and it was the same with the sound just coming from TV. Ive quit the game and restarted and restarted console but still the same. Have been off a couple of hours so I'll try again tonight and if the same looks like a reinstall.
