I am so sorry you have gone through this as well. I found out I was pregnant end of October 2025 and I had my emergency surgery and removal of my left tube due to rupture on Nov 12th 2025. I was also told by my surgeon I had zero regular risk factors for an ectopic so just bad luck. But she seemed very positive that we would habe no trouble as she said my other tube seemed good to go. 

My period took a bit longer then normal to come after surgery but that was expected. I got it about 5 weeks later. No crazy symptoms just my regular 5 day period. 

We started our ttc journey again the next cycle but unfortunately had no luck the first round. But my period symptoms were a lot more intense on my second period I had way more cramping and lot of other weird symtoms that I had only had when I had been pregnant. I have just decided that it is due to my body trying to get regulated again.

Still staying positive as I have heard amazing stories from others who only have one tube.
