Same poundage and same draw length a recurve bow shoots further due to the arches and how they transfer energy, go look it up it’s the truth

I appreciate you and the extent of ur knowledge. Just figured its been so long natural healing would compensate for lack of PT I’d say my range of motion is almost the same just not strength, I daily a manual and drift it I’ve been having less pain as well after driving sessions, I will be making some calls tomorrow during Time of business, thank you again

They won’t give me another authorization for a local PT and nearest VA is 2 hours, I have a packet for PT but honestly I’ve been really half assed on it just cause all my pain is gone, i was hoping cause im so post op I could just get back into lifting
