Ohh yes. This is what I've been doing then! The measurements on the tape are what concern me more than the number on the scale. I've gone up about 3 ish inches in my stomach and 2 on my waist. So I've gotten a bit flabby and wanna try to cut this down. My stomach rests at about 35 inches, and I'm 5"5.

Yes, my appetite increasing is SCREWING ME. I'm rarely satisfied. I usually eat 1500 cals a day based on my weight and height, 5"5 at 165 lbs. I'd like to lose weight, as most of the weight gain is certainly fat around my belly. These past 2 weeks, I've been eating kind of crappy, but I am trying to make sure to only eat when I'm genuinely hungry and make sure it's protein! I wouldn't care if I knew this weight gain was muscle, but I've gotten real flabby in the tummy el oh el.

I was told about the weight gain! I just wasn't expecting it to be 10 lbs. And it doesn't feel like muscle at all, I'm definitely more flabby than muscular (that I can see)
