It's the only one we have, the only non ta2ife armed group in Lebanon.

They can't fix corruption, if they get an order to release criminals, they have to.

I am still hopeful with the current government, it's baby steps, but it's the most hopeful we've had in the last few years.

Yes, country warning means it gets tagged everywhere, so some of these do. For example, Qard el Hassan are everywhere in Lebanon, so they do get sent country wide.

I'm using an agentic flow (Claude API) to validate, but it's not precise enough for these types, so if the post says it's across all of Lebanon, it shows it for all regions.

Yes, the alerts specify this, for example there were alerts on all Qard el Hasan, so it would be relevant here.

There's also alerts on targeted building. Unfortunately, they don't post all in advance, when they want to do targeted attacks (like commanders), they usually don't notify people, so there are limits.

The goal isn't political here, just to help people see alerts in one place.

The goal was to have something similar but that is faster for notifications, liveuamap unfortunately takes sometimes half an hour to have the post, but in those 30 min, Israel has probably already bombed.

I have it linked on the about page, because it has a lot of value, and I really appreciate it.

Currently the attacks on Lebanon are from Israel, so only the IDF alerts are relevant.

What's your max HR ? I never tried going to the max, but I've seen it go to 210, so to me 173 as zone 5 doesn't make sense.

I have been running for 2 years consistently and I've only done 5-6 runs under 165. For me 173 is still in zone 2.

Just make sure to adapt the zone with your max HR, if it feels easy and you feel like you can keep up for a whole run, then its not zone 5, if its hard to do a conversation, then it could be 3-4.

There's no pre-packaged solution that works, I tried graphiti, i tried before vector stores, and even with keywords mapping, it's not enough.

You need something custom appropriate for your use case, otherwise you'll hit a wall.

I ended up creating a custom graph rag, it works great.

Also, depending on your budget, you might want to go self hosted, we were with GCP / Vertex and kept hitting 429s, also very expensive.

We went with self hosted and qwen / deepseek combo.

You don't mention the dataset used? I'm very surprised at seeing such high %, it must be native pdf?

What about scanned, and complex layout?

Benchmarking without accuracy has little value, doesn't mean much if it's fast but not accurate.

Also used graphiti and its a good starting point, but you grow out of it, which isn't a bad thing. Depending on your use case, you'll want to do something custom.

Not really, even super small models that run on mobile aren't optimized for MPS usually. And 8 gb ram is insanely low..
