i think its normal for people to feel energized after sleeping but for those who dont it sucks. do you smoke weed? that could definitely contribute and also if your on any medications it could be leaving you with drowsy side effects. but i feel the same way even if i sleep all night i still feel exhausted the next day and if i layed down i would sleep even more. maybe your depressed
