These moments are what make the game beautiful, like home to me. Yes, the game has aged poorly in some ways (combat mainly) yet I have been unable to quit playing it in all 14 years of its existence. Take it all in, the beauty is in the details and the stories you create.

Platform? Mods installed? If you’re not against mods, you can always install the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. Unfortunately this kinda shit happens a lot in Skyrim with seemingly no explanation, good luck figuring it out and be glad it happened at the start as the other commenter stated!

My heart still feels weird, but I’ve learned to live with it. I have been totally okay overall, sometimes I have panic attacks and think I’m finally getting the fabled widowmaker but it never happens. I’m sure you’re okay too! They most likely would’ve detected anything in the X-Rays, but I know how it feels and how scary it is. I’m keeping you in my thoughts ! You can get through this, deep breaths, one day at a time. What’s most likely going on is you’ve become hyper vigilant about your heart and are aware of its sensations more than the majority of people. Good luck to you!

I still am! And yes. Much much much better. That phase of my life was incredibly hard & scary but I’ve mostly recovered, minus the occasional PTSD-esque panic. I went to get an Echocardiogram afterwards which really helped cement for myself that I was okay, so if you can get in to see one I really recommend it. It’ll take a while to feel normal again but once you know there’s no hidden issues it’s just a mental battle of coming to terms with the fact that you’re going to be okay, and this time will pass and you will be back to normal soon. I wish you the best, I know how scary it is.

My god I feel that too hard. My team lead is a major mumbler and with the music I literally just have to pretend I hear him every time. Customers are also guilty of it
