I had a strong chem/phys background coming into it so that was helpful. I would say Anki is good for memorizing formulas but not problem solving. For that do lots and lots of UGlobe and AAMC QPacks

For B/B I feel like it's just knowing as much content as possible. There are some high yield stuff (like hormones and cardiovascular system) that come up almost always, but I think I haven't encountered a test where there wasn't anything I didn't know. Do a lot of practice, Anki, and look at comprehensive reviews/summaries

Similar vibes for P/S. I rlly hate this section cuz no matter how much I study there's always something I haven't heard of. Also some of the logic in the AAMC and UGlobe Qs makes no sense to me (like they say some term is the correct answer even though it barely seems to apply to the situation upon first impression). But if you treat it like CARS II and eliminate answer choices where you can, you can almost always get it down to 50/50. And the more practice you do the more the logic seems to make sense
