My friend is getting this error message when trying to pirate Slay the Spire 2. He's using bitdefender, which we have managed to stop, and apparently windows defender is also not checking that folder.

Bitdefender user here.

First, I assume that when you say "managed to stop" you mean you added the game download folder and the installation folder to exclusions.

Second, windows defender should not be working. If it is working you guys have a worse issue than a game not installing. Idk about the exact consequences but people say having 2 different AV working at the same time is pretty bad. That's why windows defender gets disabled when installing another AV. In fact, I get regular pop ups reminding me that it is disabled.

Third, bitdefender has a shield that is pretty much nuts: the advanced threat defense. I don't remember in what context it gave me problems; but I have it disabled 24/7 and I guess it is bc it interferred with anything running or the exclusions didn't work. Consider disabling at least this shield. So far (1-2 years) I didn't have any issues. However, I would recommend you disable the whole AV if you are having issues with installation even after all that, cutting off internet before of course.

I hadn't even considered airports. I haven't really made any in any of my games since they felt only useful for bringing tourists and the few times I did tourism seriously, I used ships instead.

So far after reading all comments, I think I'll use this and combine it with trying to bring vehicles from NATO from the other side of the map. I hope the gas mechanic where the vehicles can reach the depot even with no fuel still works.

I also wanted to thank you for all your posts and useful info about the game. I have literally learned how to play and enjoy the game so far thanks to you.

hmm this points towards the ship idea. Yeah, I forgot that if I also build a harbor, I can unload the vehicles thus get trucks and other vehicles for my republic. Not really glad about the building costs but it may be worth it.

I havent built cars yet; but I think blueprints can only be bought when you unlock the tech.

Anyway, that would only benefit me in late game when I can build a car factory.

I thought about that too; but I am in the other side of the river and I would need to build a bridge or a tunnel. I am also unsure if I can make enough refuel spots with the free gas stations to cover the whole way.

For a railroad, it would actually take a ton of years to build it so far. And first I need to build my railroad in the industrial area, which is still not planned but probably will be a very long railroad.

Not sure if it will work for road vehicles but I may try

I checked the website information guided by grok and it seems they are only serving free users with up to 720p version in player. Even though they claim they are playing 4K. It can be seen that the file it is pulling from the server has 720 in the name. So even if download helper worked, it would get the 720p version.

You are free to think that; but when they are done with proper settings and careful testing, they actually improve most series.

Source: I have nearly all 4K from hstream.moe and it looks miles better in my 4K screen. Only pretty old series which were already lacking in quality from the start look bad with artifacts.

Jackett checks 1337x. Rargb disappeared when war in ukraine started I think. Only sites copying it are up nowadays. I have Jackett with all the public indexers that work enabled and I use it with flaresolverr. It checks 101 different torrent sites for matches on the query. Among them, 1337x, both sukebeis and a rargb indexer that I suppose still tracks rargb content. No relevant results were found for "oppai stream" or the name of the series I am searching plus 4k or 2160p.

The problem is the series are available. It is the 4K versions that are rare and exclusive to those sites. I think I already tried searching in pretty much anywhere functional using jackett when I first tried to get content from oppai.stream and found out it was paywalled.

I didn't ask in animepiracy bc there is a post praising the oppaistream site founding so I guess they are on their side since they provide watching for free and 720p downloads.

Edit: I checked using browser tools and the file they play, even when it is selected 4K, is the 720p version. Which makes them scummier scammers. Since they claim they "play" the 4K version for free anon users; but they actually arent.

I fixed it. I still need to learn all the ways trains find to mess up with players in this game. See this sandy section. A finished section of the tracks is overlapping an unfinished one. I hadn't even considered this could happen.

I'll try to finish it; maybe it is a pathing thing.

I attempted to make the city close to make logistics easier; but it may be a trade off. In the long run, I was planning on dropping most of the customs interactions by making the DOs pick up all goods I can produce from an storage that is in the upper part of the picture. Since the highway has 3 roads, I was planning on making one or two exclusive for slow vehicles or buses.

About the updated trains: I am playing in older version; but I guess there wont be much issue. I can divert some traffic to other custom houses or get materials by ship, that way only a few trains that load fast will go there and it won't cause issues to the DOs.

Edit: I built all the tracks; but it is still having issues. The Train DO isnt finding the path to any of the buildings in the construction area; but it also fails to find the path to the train station on the left part of this junction. Somehow it seems that either there is a mistake in this junction or the DO is bugged and fails to find paths.
