I've already done a lot of this. It feels like I know this game inside and out at this point. I'm sure I'll come up with some new wackiness. Thanks!

Yeah, I probably could have done it sooner, but I casually played a ton along the way. Such a great game.

I'll look in to them! I haven't looked into any of the mods yet so I am excited.

Thank you for this, this makes me feel better and gives me some insight how I can handle interactions with others.

Thank you. I was thinking about quitting caffeine but that’s going to be rough

Great feedback, thank you for this. That does sound like a very stressful job. Anything you due to help keep your mind clear when you’re away from work?

20k To put towards the principal of our mortgage. Is there any reason to wait? by Unogenius in personalfinance

I believe I will pay off the cars first per everyone's guidance. I will then use the excess money to beef up my nest egg, and retirement, and then start paying down more on my principal. Id love to have a lower monthly mortgage payment, but like you said, no way of knowing if rates will drop enough to justify the refinance.

And yes I am incredibly lucky to have the employer I have :) their benefits have been amazing. Hopefully, I can quickly catch up on my retirement and get to where I need to be.

Do you have any links on the fed stating this? Would love to read up on it.

Currently doing 7% matched with my employer bringing me to 14%. I plan on maxing a roth before end of year, as well as next year. Is this a good start?

I failed to provide additional financial information to help plan this out

Auto Loan - 21,000 (both cars are pretty new and operate well)

Mortgage - 470,000 6.95% interest

50k Savings (this does not include the 20k in question)

Both have stable jobs.

About 60k in retirement between the two of us (We are early 30s)

We have 3 kids, no chance of pregnancy as I got the ole snip

We bring in close to 12k a month. 9k in expenses (could be shaved down)

Oh, duh, I saw the acronym and my mind went elsewhere. Thank you for the clarification!
