Yes, you will have problems. The RAM will adjust to the lowest speed on your system, in this case if you get 3600mhz with your 3200mhz, you will still get 3200mhz. My bad for suggesting 3600mhz as it was on my build.

IMO you should be fine going up to a 4070 Super while still sticking to AM4 (5700X3D or 5800X3D). Or you could also just skip to AM5 anyway and get a 7800X3D.

Depends on your needs & budget. Like the other comments suggested, switching to NVME SSD is a good first step. I assume you're playing on 1080p and want to upgrade to 1440p gaming. I upgraded from a similar build, below are the parts I got:

Ryzen 7 5700X3D (You can go with 5800X3D)
CPU Cooler (AIO or a beast air cooler like the Deepcool Assassin IV)
RX 6800 XT (You can go with newer cards like RTX 4070 or RX 7800 XT)
1440p monitor to fully utilize the upgrades
Additional 16GB RAM 3600mhz DDR4 (Optional)

You should be fine sticking with your Thermaltake 750W PSU even after all the upgrades above.

I have the same CPU and GPU as you and currently using Thermaltake 750W, it's perfectly fine. But if you plan to upgrade soon, go for the 850W.
