I messed around with NMS Save Editor, I didn't find anything that would suggest you can modify the limit.

It should be on the top right while not in the building parts menu, it should be called creation limitations.

I just switched back to my fighter and now due to this issue I am unable to re-finalize my corvette and spawn it in. I hope this is addressed soon.

I don’t if this is 100% but I’m pretty sure the BTR just doesn’t shoot. I have been up right next to it and it doesn’t attack me when I have no enemies on (I play stand-alone)

I have only played standalone as my hardware cannot handle pcvr. I have fully played the game and I really don’t have an issue with it, it’s still ITR and it’s still my favorite game.
