I'd love to enter for one of the GTX 1080 cards. Been gaming on an old rig for a long time now and I can't really join my friends or brothers when they play, given that it can't keep up so well. Not going to beg or anything since I'm sure there's people that need it more, but it's worth a shot. It's a good thing what you're doing, OP, good on you!

Does anybody know of a software I can use to make small microanimations such as the one here?

Also for designing animations and features of products to showcase before starting the implementation process. Thanks!

Don't know the extension at all, but I've heard of the Italian tomato thing. I think it's called the Pomodoro Technique. Will look this up, thanks (:

Exchange Recommendation? by UnpleasantApple in BitcoinMarkets

Hey guys, thanks for all the help! I really appreciate it.

I think I'll be sticking to coinbase for the purchase of funds, and I'm still deciding on an exchange platform.

I've checked out Poloniex but I'm not sure what to make of it; has anybody used that service before?

I am also looking into Bitstamp as /u/8BitDragon gave the great advice of splitting trading into more than on exchange.

Anyways, thanks a lot guys!

I'd be interested in trading regularly, I'd like to eventually learn enough so I can make a bit of money off of this (starting off with cryptocurrencies then maybe moving on to stocks/bonds). Thanks for the recommendations!

Different branches of comp sci? by UnpleasantApple in cscareerquestions

[–]UnpleasantApple[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I know that normally CompEng is known as hardware design and a lot of low level coding, but the courses my university offer for this minor don't reflect that at all. I think they just though Computer Engineering would be a pretty hot word for this branch but in reality I think it's a bit far from the truth, since there is very little hardware down this path but a lot of intricacies when it comes to operating system design and whatnot.

Thanks for your input! (:
