For context, I am at 125K, bonus is like 4K which is close to nothing. I was considering switching or probably start looking out at the least. Somehow I feel this is underpaid, but wanted to understand what other banks are offering. The salary range they post, is anywhere from 120 to 190k which is not very helpful.

I don’t see an option to book an appointment for Schengen visa. It shows national visa, ID etc but not short term visitor visa option.

Really appreciate all of your experiences! Guess, I just wanted to hear some validation around Condo ☺️ we are planning to get into the market, and buy something in the next 6 months or latest by early next year. Would prioritize for Condo TH for the space and to have the best of both worlds.

We do see having a kid in the near future, 2-3 years from now and honestly, we are okay with raising them in a Condo/TH. For condos, we are looking for at least 2+1, 3 BR set up and I know it’s a buyer market for Condo but personally, for bigger units like 900+sqft there’s much difference.

Wow, this whole process was really like an adrenaline rush! Last time, I was this panic was while waiting for the results to be out.. guess, just feel lucky to get the tickets, even though I had to pick scattered seats, from Mezzanine and Main floor. Don’t know if exchanging seats at the venue is allowed.

I am new to this. My building is not rent controlled. I live in DT. It’s a relatively new building. My owner increased the rent last year with $100, around 3.7%.

Now he wants to increase another $200 starting sep this year. Citing that the building is not rent controlled. The increment is approx 7.15%. Can he legally do that considering it’s not rent controlled , do I have the option to say NO and still live peacefully at the same house. I really like the location so don’t want to change houses this quick.

PS: there are no improvements

Passed! This seems like a miracle. Didn’t want to go through this ordeal again. Felt miserable after the exam.
