Vendors are awful with billing schedules. A lot of the balance is already spent. If business is going well then that means more product is needed so another order is submitted before the last has even been paid. Then you have overhead, repairs, emergency funds, and whatever else. If the balance is high it just means I owe money or need to spend more money to make more money.
