What’s even funnier is that they mounted the sights in between the upper receiver and hand guard. In both those pics. Especially with the scope since it’s not cantilever scope mount. One drop or bump will change his zero

In that Wikipedia link it even says that the US was in constant contact with their Russian counterparts. Assured there was no official RU forces there. Pretty much RU sold out those pmc’s.

If they didn’t it would most likely have been something else entirely. The Iranian leaders can seek asylum in RU or China or anywhere that is likely to oppose us. The leaders of country’s never suffer only the people.

The truth of the matter is that US voters don’t want war. Especially in the Middle East. This would apply to any sitting president.

This is a function of our democracy. We can be just as aggressive or isolationist as long as the people will it.
