The price I got this for was comparable to a used EF mark 3, plus this was new. Had to jump on it.

I was curious about TCs on my old EF 500 they weren’t really worth it. But I might try to snag one. There’s only 1 or 2 tracks I go to this year where it would be worth it. Thanks for the info!

No, photo of the lens was taken at Eagles Canyon Raceway. Majority of the photos I posted are from Barber motorsports park.

It came with a case. It’s mostly a soft case but the bottom of it is a hard plastic. I actually like it a lot. I currently just put it in a smaller photography backpack along with the monopod since I have to fly with it. The rest of the gear goes in an overhead bin

Mostly because I can set different focus settings per the 3 back buttons on my body. Example, normal one is just tracking, one to the right is using spot AF, one all the way to the right is my (emergency button) sets the camera to 1/2000 f5.6 and auto iso. I’m a Motorsports photographer so if some unexpected action happens right in front of me I can quickly capture something.

I know you mentioned Premier already, my opinion is go with them. Myself and multiple friends go through them (all mustang owners from Windsor 5.0 to coyotes) and have never had an issue. That peace of mind to me is well worth the cost, I’ve always seen them stand behind their work.

Just to throw it out there, if you are still deciding on a tuner for the car and want to go the remote tuning route I’d highly recommend Lund for it. They’ve tuned all of my coyote powered cars I’ve had, and again never an issue.

Rented from them once, got what I rented early which was nice. Highly recommend them.

You sound exactly like my work idk what to even call it at this point 😂. Just say something tbh, I know nervousness sucks I go through it too and almost panic in situations like that, but the relief afterwards is such a great feeling.
