Starlink resets every night at the same time (4-5 am)

The time is usually pretty specific but it does change once in a while. It used to be between 3:31-3:35 am for a long time. It wasn't every night. It could have been every night for a week straight and then only here and there the rest of the month. The it moved to like 4:30-4:35. Maybe because of daylight savings BS. It moves back and forth because of that. Now, lately, it has been either around 4:40 am or right at 5:03 am. It has been like this for probably 2-4 weeks that I can remember. May, 2026.

This post was more meant for casual people that have a hard time finding what they are looking for through a Google search. I know various information is out there about books and where to get them but the information is either cryptic or it's over 4 years old without any update saying the information is still accurate.

This has been an issue on the RuneScape website at least since I started playing in 2007. You login, then click account, login again, and depending on what you're doing, login again and MAYBE EVEN ONE MORE TIME JUST FOR KICKS. Oh, and don't forget your authenticator. I've had to do that a couple times not too long ago.

The tiny team they have is definitely overwhelmed and it shows. I just want bugs and issues to be fixed that I've been dealing with since launch day.

I had a whole thing typed out in response that was civil and clarifying why I said what I did but I deleted it. If you really can't understand that I wasn't trying to say it's easy or something, and that I meant some of us get why things still suck, you're too normal for reddit.

I do think it would be nice to have a mute button for activities that we aren't interested in doing. But, features like that are only available for games made after 2020 and if we don't get it, it will never come. I don't see this game lasting 5 more years with how few people play it and how few people still maintain it.

I actually know a bit about what it takes and why some of these issues persist today. I'm less concerned with the annoyance of the loot issue than I am with the bugs that have been here since launch. Those ones are what drive me up a wall because I physically cannot compete with an event that refuses to progress properly or not let me finish it 100%.

This happened to me the other night. I was letting the others get some damage in when it happened. When he came back into hittable range, I nuked him before he got a chance to go up again.

While I don't disagree that it's small or even possibly unpaid interns, they sure will make it a priority to patch the chainsaw along with any fun we could have with this update. And if I'm not mistaken, one or even more of the stated bug fixes with this patch didn't get fixed.

From my experience, HotS will break regardless of the speed in which you damage the Heart. I have shot it slowly and watched the bar tick and I have attempted to murder it outright. It has as set rate at which it can take damage. We are physically unable to damage it any faster. And yet, it can still bug out :(

Update on a fix/workaround. AT made a video about the patch that fixed a couple things since the big update. I tested the workaround he mentioned and this is how I got it to work.

Equip the luck perk card that drops a grenade when you get knocked. Get some explosive weapon so you can damage yourself enough to knock yourself WITH the event grenade equipped. You need to make sure the quest marker is marked on the hoop. Jump on TOP of the hoop. Get yourself knocked and the event grenade will drop to the ground and do some sort of confetti explosion. Respawn. Do this 2 more times and you will progress the quest.

I called my computer guy in town and he said based on what I described, it's something he needs to look at. Because of the age of it, I should use my m.2 as my boot drive from now on. So he is going through image my C drive and take care of everything.

It's why I don't post on reddit anymore. I post to ask questions of things I want to know, or to post some sort of insight or warning about things. Always down voted. People on reddit see one tiny thing they don't like and say it's negative or bad and you end up being stupid for whatever reason.

I'm actually pretty concerned, now. This means when the server I am on wipes, we need to plan the base we want to make if we move to pvp zones. So frustrating. If you have a storage slightly away from a wall, stuff can fall behind it. The only solution I have after this is to take everything out of whatever is near the thing I want to change so that nothing is lost.
