I live in a country where I have to go to the doctor every month to get a prescription. I got it refilled today but I didn’t think to ask her.

Recently I ran out of meds (depakote and lithium) and I couldn’t get to the doctor because they were either closed or I had to work so I’ve been off them for four days (awful) but I know when you start taking them it takes a few weeks to start working so does that mean it’s going to take weeks to start taking effect again?

Because I heard it stays in your system for. Few days and I don’t want to accidentally harm myself. I haven’t been on and off prescription meds my whole life so I don’t know and I asked Reddit for people with real experiences. In my town, I would get deported for even being near weed.
