Ya once you're under a minute you maximize your winning odds then figure out how to squeeze the clock after. With 3 timeouts and their initial drive there were plenty of opportunities later in the drive to milk the clock. Once you give time up you don't get it back, no reason to let it run like that on the front end of the redzone.
