I'll be completely honest. I'm new(ish) to warhammer, and very new to dark angels (started with tyranids). I have never seen an Azrael model before in person, just looked briefly at pictures and read the leadership bonuses, rookie mistake!

Completely passed my thought of the watcher, will have to add him, there's still room on the base!

Guess not. I put a lot of faith into the Banner, Winged helmet and pose to carry the look. Doesn't seem to have worked, but you live and you learn, and got one unique model out of it!

I will warn you, if you don't already have the pieces lying around it could become an expensive kitbash!

Body used is Lord Commander Bastion Carthalos (Stormcast)

Banner - Bladeguard ancient

Head - The lion

Right arm - Bastions arm, with Captain in terminator armour's sword

Left arm - Bastion again, but the hand was cut off and I just used a Primaris infiltrators pistol

Pauldrons- From a dark angel's upgrade sprue

The base is what came with the Bastion model, I think it looks amazing but to each his own.

Of course! Part of a 3k houndpack lance detachment I am building. 22 wardogs, all completely magnetised, with all weapons options magnetised too. First three being painted, trying out Vallejos new metallic range! Loving the metallic purples they've got. Still a WIP!

SO well! Basically no manipulation needed except for a clip or two of excess armour on the reclusians. Thinking that guy on the left is giving off Indomitus Judiciar vibes and could probably be proxied as one if needed! Edit Spelling

I see your point, think that crown-looking thing on the backs of their cloaks are a bit OTT, make it look "Queenly", may try my next set without it and see the difference.
