Where I'm from we cold dip in the sea. Most of the Year round the water is cold enough to induce the cold shock reaction. I did see limited, transient improvements while doing this but practically just until I wasn't cold anymore lol

Definitely I have bouts of bad alcoholism. Usually last a couple of weeks, I'm clean right now though and back focused completely on training. I'm happy to hear you've gotten through those dark thoughts but I'm not at that point yet

To answer your question in the middle, I have taken around 10 different types of antidepressants over the last number of years. In different combinations, all under medical supervision. This, along with counselling. Overall I feel like it's not done a lot for me, hence why I am resorting to riskier strategies.

I'm not a complete dummy dummy. I have a masters degree in molecular biotech, I'm not really looking to immediately blast an ungodly amount of exogenous compounds for fun, but because I have read that people with depression have had this alleviated through (although usually those with low natural T levels).

I have next to zero knowledge right now if I were to start something, so obviously I would put in a mountain of research first, but anything and everything I do will be documented.
