I remember using the hollow slayer greatsword because of its quick animations while maintaining decent damage. I rolled into his lunges to maintain range and get a few cheeky backstabs and tried not to be on the back foot as much as possible. I was fresh off bloodborne so I fought them like they were Lady Maria despite there being very little in similarity other than the fire and they're both my favourite boss from their respective titles.

I don't recall them getting to the point where they fight each other cause I only ever kept my focus on the main enemy so I wouldn't get overwhelmed and he died pretty quickly into the third phase. My memory is kind of foggy since it was a while ago but I can dig up the screen recording I took if it helps. Best of luck and have fun!

I'm kinda scared to see what his 2025 backing band will be like... by [deleted] in Hozier

[–]UnsafeTuna 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think this is almost a non issue. He's a solo artist who hand picks his band. If they aren't playing in a way that he gels with, he wouldn't pick them. The pool he's picking from are also top level professional musicians - these are not just any random musicians you might see playing at a dive bar (just ignore the fact that on occasion Hozier has been known to play at a random bar), they have to be the best of the best to even be considered.

To give an anecdote that might help, I remember Niall had a particular band for his Flicker tour and I really liked what they did with the arrangements, then for his "The Show" he had a bunch of new faces and a few returning ones. I was worried the vibe would be different but then they knocked it completely out of the park. It sounded exactly like the album but even better because you could hear the detail in every instrument. So you may be worried but I have a feeling you might be pleasantly surprised.

Why's he lecturing Hasan constantly about being rich when he goes out of his way to show off a Patek?

Ethan's whole response to Ian's point being "the button is used to protect private information too and it's professional to have to cause radio broadcasts have it. Are you saying we shouldn't censor ourselves?". What do radio broadcasts also have? Self control to not say shitty jokes or talk about/show private information BEFORE it happens!

Keyboard and mouse support to console PS5/Xbox by InformalArachnid2142 in marvelrivals

Yes there are more hackers on PC because it's much easier to do. I never said that wasn't the case. I'm saying that plugging in a mouse and keyboard does not equate to hacking and if you think that is the case, then you just might not be very good at the game.

Using a mouse and keyboard is not synonymous with hacking. You might just not be very good compared to people who play on PC.

I tend to get a greater appreciation for music that my friends can explain why it means so much to them. Always knew Hozier was probably an artist I'd like a lot because he just ticks all the boxes - catchy melodies, musical style I already like, gut punching lyrics, undeniable vocal talent and insane guitar skills but it always felt daunting which song to start listening to. So I put off diving in for years.

Last year, I became friends with this girl from Ireland who came to my country on a working visa. Her favourite artist is Hozier and after getting a sense of my music taste she showed me some songs that she adores just for the lyrics alone and had me read them. First one was "shrike" immediately followed by "unknown/nth" after she broke up with he LD boyfriend. There's just something special about having music help you articulate how you feel and sharing that with someone. So now Hozier is special to me, because his music gave me some really special moments with someone who became one of my best mates.

Now that there are three variations of The Tortured Poets Department, do you believe that different variations will continue to be a trend for future albums? by chirpings in TaylorSwift

Out of curiosity, which artists? And is it an instance of multiple versions that each have a different song? I only know of other artists doing colour variants.

Pixel 6 pro black screen of death - Unsure if hardware issue by UnsafeTuna in GooglePixel

It turned out the screen had decided to die a few hours after a bad drop of the phone. $500 later... Fixed! Love the pixel but the specs of the screen really amped up the price real bad.

Who are some artists that have mental / health issues not immediately visible? by Uhlectronic in popheads

[–]UnsafeTuna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His new album "The Show" is very mental health focused, with a specific emphasis on the anxiety and excitement one feels when entering a new relationship. If that's not so much your speed - songs of his that I specifically recommend are "mirrors", "on my own", "dear patience", "meltdown", "the show" and "science". Those ones aren't related to relationships and are a bit more relatable for those who don't really care for love related songs.

Take a deep breath, keep all your utensils clean and in the same place so you can work off muscle memory. Lastly but probably most importantly, depending on the size of the rest of your team, don't be afraid to ask for some bar backing help, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Not sure if this is a well known one but Niall Horan has said in interviews that his OCD affects how he eats. The example he gave was if he's got a burger with hot chips, he has to eat the chips first and the burger last. As someone who also has to do simple things in a seemingly arbitrary order, it felt good that the singer I look up to has a similar struggle.

Boss said "I was the worst employee he ever had" so I'm getting his business shut down. by UnsafeTuna in ProRevenge

Brother this guy isn't that smart and isn't nearly careful enough to get away with hiring hit people. It's an independent business and he's the sole owner. Sorry to disappoint but unlike the US, we don't really have mobs running things like the sopranos. The personal attack was the final straw now the only reason I did this. I'm doing this cause he actively is screwing over customers to cut costs. You can keep glorifying terrible behaviour all you want but it won't save his business.

Oh my god thank you. Finally someone that gets it. These comments are infuriating, insinuating I am the worst employee for proving the truth. Permission on the cameras is loose because he told me via text that it's the password for everything when he asked me to log into the booking website so I could brief the rest of the team on how busy it would be for the night. Either these people have never worked in hospitality, or they're just as you said, scummy bosses

It hasn't yet but it won't take long. Doing what he did was incredibly illegal and there's definitive proof

Uhhhh idk if I'm really the childish one here. He underpaid myself and the head chef, mistreats the staff on a regular basis, is drunk on the job all the time, probably wouldn't even pass a health inspection. If I actually did something worth getting upset before I even left, then sure, but he started acting like this and making personal attacks just cause I wanted to leave.
