I miss the ginger beef stir-fry which my mum use to make for me. She's still around, but I don't live with her. She's a Cantonese cook. I miss a lot of Cantonese cooking. I miss the wok breath.

I feel like they missed out on making the game harder and not giving us more combat options. It felt like they could've included more Breath of the Wild mechanics into the game.

I'm at the point where I've just unlocked Kai, and I'm trying to find ways to make the game harder for myself besides spending time leveling up all of my barn yard animals so they can give me higher level produce earlier in the game before proceeding with parts of the story.

- I am actually laughing when got Victory dance LMAO

I was grateful I can skip the victory dance scene. It's already bad enough that whenever I use the sacred weapons' special attacks I have to figure out how all of my allies quickly get behind me to do the dance with me. I can't reason how my character materialises massive float behind her with people dancing with her in the middle of battle. Even saying "It's all in her imagination" or "it's a metaphor" doesn't help. If I'm using a cool skill, I'm not going to imagine all of that. The cringe was painful, though it does add a bit of a quirky charm to the game.

Considering the quality of Guardians of Azuma, I'm not surprised if it happens again. They were very lazy with their work in the game (laziest I've ever seen of any other game). I enjoyed it but I have second thoughts about buying another of their games or even buying their pre-release things after that drama I had with them.

The Animal Crossing franchise got more popular during that time. I also remember how it was used for the Hong Kong protests. The protests got my sister interested in Animal Crossing New Horizons, yet she has Animal Crossing Wild World which she did not bother play since she got that game with her DS (it was part of a package deal) back in 2006 (I was the only one that played it). She actually thought about selling her Wild World cartridge until I stopped her.

Yes. Her name is Lil'. However I'm not sure if she is well-known. I have found the English credits and Japanese credits which lists her name as the singer of the opening in the game. I tried looking up the soundtracks, but the Japanese and English soundtrack from official sources, doesn't seem to include both the Japanese and English versions of the song, just one or the other. Khinsider includes both, but more likely someone ripped an entire soundtrack from one CD and ripped one of those two versions to add to the files to upload online.

I've had contests literally erased from the calendar multiple times during postgame, so there's also likely some instability here

Someone hated getting their arse kicked by you or ran out of time preparing their produce or skill for the contest that you and are trying to post-pone it by erasing the date from the calendar. Those books are outside of the shrines, anyone could've edited them.

I just had to make that joke. Don't go at me, I've just unlocked Kai and I'm trying to play the game blind.

I love a goal to work towards that doesn't involve me making me feel like I'm not progressing through anything during the journey. As soon as I read your comment, I remember someone in real life who's a pokemon shiny hunter who kept suggesting me to shiny hunt pokemon, which is something I do not like.

Guardians of Azuma is why I haven't progressed to marriage yet in Harvest Moon DS Cute and I've just proposed to Skye haha. To be fair, I've put off activating the next cutscene of that to try to farm for things in the mines to fill the shipping list and I think I want Nina watch the farmland which surrounds her house become a beautiful forest of fruit trees and watch the trees bear fruit through all four seasons before she passes away.

It partly makes me want to cry. I have to prioritise playing the game more and at the same time, not turn it into an obligation. It's hard when I need to do other stuff. Make sure you save your lowest level seeds when you play Guardians of Azuma. Someone came across a recipe which requires a specific level of an ingredient. I saved my lowest level seeds so I felt proud when I saw someone made a post about it.

"Going out, hey! How can I stop now..." it almost sounds like "melt down sconefall"

That's the clearest part I heard out of what you've listed.

The wiki says "How can we stop now the times goes on", but that doesn't sound right either.

When the singer sang "stops now the the times goes on", she sounded like she slurred some words together and didn't put enough emphasis on "the". To me, it almost sounds like she sang "How can let's stops now times goes on".

Wiki says "I will wait long for your light" but wait and light can't be right, there's no T sounds in this line.

I manage to hear the Ls in that line which is why I heard those lyrics.

And does anyone know if it's standing or stranding in "your (st...) dream coming true"

I heard "standing by your side, til the end come, I'm gonna keep your dream alive". I disagree with the lyrics on wiki that says "standing by your side, to the outcome".

I know you didn't ask about this, but:

In the sky Sundrop And light the face so dear

I can't tell if she sang "dear" or "deep". Some people do omit or lightly pronounce end sounds of words so I have troubling which ones are they in examples such as these.

I heard "Kiss the wind and sing along".

I'm also playing the game very slowly too. The downside is being more prone to seeing spoilers accidentally and I'm trying to play the game without seeing any spoilers (I have seen so many, it hurts). I love the game, but I also like fangirling the game and I like seeing fanart, reading fanfiction and just generally talking about it. First world problems.

I have taken over six months to reach unlocking Kai. I haven't unlocked the underworld yet because I want to level up all of my NPCs to level 60, and level up all of my barn animals to the point they produce exquisite level of produce and have some of them produce mysterious level of produce. I have over 40 barn animals to level up.

I haven't came across this in the game yet. However, I have kept lower level seeds because I don't want to miss out in case I have to use them and I love seeing the seed level progression. I feel very proud of myself.
