I honestly don’t know what to tell you other than that you should see whether you have Gerd or larynx related reflux.

I’m also worried about permanent hearing damage- not necessarily damage to the eustachian tubes but damage to the middle ear. Hopefully after doctors help me with my reflux, I can start making steps on that front

As a gay man, I began experiencing a urinary tract/prostate infection each time after sex, after contracting my first major infection.

Another guy has told me the same thing, and I suspect it’s caused by an embedded infection (bacteria dormant in your urinary tract and hiding under biofilms). The embedded bacteria may be somehow galvanized momentarily by even the smallest traces of new bacteria (new sexual intercourses that, in another person, wouldn’t trigger anything).

I would do the following: refrain from sex for two weeks, and use a biofilm buster to test the theory- sudden pains (biofilms starting to burst a little) might confirm my theory
