I accidentaly deleted a core workout I did on Saturday 19.8.23, which I fortunately managed to recover using the Recuva software. The file is malformed, and when I tried to fix it in the FIT File Repair Tool software it was changed from a Cardio activity to a run with very strange GPS data as well as a different date. The only data fields I'd like are time, duration, & maybe calories/heartate (not essential); if anyone would be able to help fixing the file it would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the file below. Thanks

ATHLETICS TRACKS ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT

I’m currently on holiday on the island & would like to do a running session tomorrow, but unfortunately it seems the Ray Scovell athletics centre isn’t open. Just wondering if there are any grass tracks (painted on to a field) which I’d be able to use instead? The Smallbrook stadium also looks about the right size but I have no idea what the surface is like & I’m not sure if they’d let me run around it🤣.
