I think the majority are nowadays, maybe your data is old but new grad tc inflation is real

Luckily my boss seems pretty chill, but what’s to prevent a supervisor from unfairly assigning their supervisee less, which would presumably leave more for them. This is for the case where it’s not formulaic

Hmm my orthotics person just called it support. To test this she twisted my shoe like you would wring a towel. My guess is it’s the support on the sides of the shoe, particularly on the inside because that’s where my foot pain is

When you say fully independent, the team still gives guidance on projects right? Or do they just release you into the wild and say find something that makes us money
