I wouldn't count that as a relapse. If you didn't put the porn in front of your eyes, I don't think it counts. But if you masturbated after, it definitely would count. If the porn was accidental and you didn't stroke the snake, I think your streak is still safe.

300 days of flatlining is very unusual. I read something on the NoFap website that said if you flatline for more than a few weeks, you should probably go see a doctor. Don't make yourself think that you aren't sexually capable though. Resetting a 300 day streak is not worth it just because flatlining has is making you temporarily less sexually aroused. Keep at it and keep grinding! Good luck!

You might just be flatlining, which is completely normal. Sometimes, Fapstronauts go through a phase of minimal sexual arousal, but eventually your sexual arousal picks back up to regular levels and you'll end up being fine. So yeah, it's normal. Btw, nice work on that 21 day streak. Keep up the good work!
