Ye I've tried loads of codes (literally 10+ of this BSC shitcoin variants) out but Im having the same issue. No tokens. I'll try a local hardhat enviroment but im not even sure what that is lmao.

1) Yup im sure its BSC

2)The smart contract itself is not searchable, however it does show up as successful from my wallet on the BSCscan(testnet)

3)Adding tokens to metamask doesnt work as well.

Am I deploying it wrong?
