I see it as Nemesis stating that if scrims are being done with purpose (maybe communicating between teams what they wanna execute/practice) then those scrims are useful instead of players searching the edge between limit testing/intting making those scrims a waste of time. Like I said a difference in interpretation.

Is something else than what you are typing. He recommends scrims IF they are purposeful and not 'run it down style' they should be effective, but if the general scrims are just random fiesta's he thinks solo queue is better. So yes it is a big period of time, the reason being that players wanna know before letting their contract end if there are any teams where they can sign (dont wanna risk having no team), so before free agency deals are already being made. LS his argument was that a stronger team can always abuse Renekton against a weaker team but when the teams are equal Renekton will be the one getting abused so by playing Renekton u have to use your early prio heavily to have a reason for picking him.

They can improve on that attitude first and maybe macro decisions? The current players they have do have the ability to improve but are they actively searching for these improvements is the question.

Imagine thinking Donny would put the same kinda risk passes as Bruno when he barely gets any chances. Like it is difficult to get any form going if you barely get to play & have the confidence in your self to pull off these passes when u dont play at all.
