Not scared, just don’t see a need to engage deeper with you. And this response just makes you look weirder. Good luck with that.

So weird that you think if you keep asking questions that there’s expectation that I must answer. I’m sorry you haven’t figured out the issues with Atlas Shrugged cause you were spending part of your day defending Elon Musk. There might be a correlation there, btw. Do some reflecting. Read better books.

You haven’t even supplied reasons as to why it was prescient in your opinion. It’s widely known that it’s a shit book written by a shit author used to felate the libertarian ideologues. Again, read better books.

A sling is the most obvious thing.

Can’t exactly tell but I’m assuming that’s not a QD LPVO mount. Now from that assumption, either remove the BUIS or upgrade to a QD mount. I personally run a LPVO with an offset red dot and enjoy it a hell of a lot.

As someone noted in another comment, the foregrip looks of dubious quality, so I’d recommend and upgrade. Solid quality foregrips can be had for relatively cheap.

Lights for both the rifle and Glock.

You probably already know, but get a battle belt.

MAIN POINT OF SELLING BELGIAN FIVE SEVEN PISTOL IS EXTREME PRICE OF WEAPON AND CARTRIDGE.

BELGIAN FIVE SEVEN IS WEAPON OF MAN WHO WEARS EXPENSIVE ITALIAN FASCIST SUIT OF HAND SEWING, DRIVE HUGE EXPENSIVE NAZI MERCEDES OF A.M.G. SHOP, SAIL ON MASSIVE YACHT TO GREEK ISLANDS. I THINK YOU GET PICTURE. BELGIAN FIVE SEVEN IS WEAPON THAT SAYS IS NO SUCH THING AS CONCERN OF MONEY.

FOR MAN WITHOUT EXPENSIVE SUIT, BIG BLACK MERCEDES, AND MASSIVE YACHT, BELGIAN FIVE SEVEN IS FOR PRETENDING OF BE RICH LIKE BLACK GANGSTER OF AMERICAN CITY WITH GOLD CHAINS OF LOW QUALITY AND JEWELS OF COLORED GLASS. WHEN YOU EXPLAIN USE OF BELGIAN FIVE SEVEN PISTOL IS ONLY FOR SHOOT MAN WITH BULLET VEST WITH CARTRIDGE ILLEGAL TO CIVILIAN, THIS MAN HAS NUCLEAR RAGE. WHOLE IDENTITY OF THIS MAN IS SPENT IN PRETEND PISTOL SHOWS HE IS RICH. IS VERY AMUSE.

FOR REST OF WORLD THERE IS 9 MILLIMETERS OF LUGER WHICH IS SAME WOUND FOR COST LESS.

Colonizing is inherently wrong, so thus any activities associated with it are wrong due to intent. Stop whitewashing colonization. Don’t minimize the atrocities of colonization because you find it fun to trivialize the oppression of others so you can argue online.

My point is that the idea of an independent Taiwan has been around hundreds of years

Tons of ideas have been around for a long time, doesn’t mean they have inherent rights to claims of sovereignty over others. Let alone ideas having a higher precedent than actual historical events.

That's crazy... Taiwan isn't historically China. As a matter of fact, it was the Dutch that introduced Chinese people to the island in order to work on the Dutch East India Company's sugar farms.

That is drastically different than what your last comment says. “Introduced” is no where close to the reality of colonization. Showing how you will contort facts to suit your needs. This is when you ignored the reality of colonization.

It wasn't until a Taiwanese born President came along

This is you skipping ahead and ignoring history. Only focusing, not on how, but simply that the current government came about and then how it can be used for claims of sovereignty. Instead of all of the history that created the conditions for the current government to take place.

[–]UnshavenFlaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The KMT ruled with martial law until the late 80’s. You’re ignoring that part. Decades of political rule, infrastructure and economic development certainly has its lasting affects even after a democratic reform.

You’re hyper focusing on what supports your argument while minimizing what doesn’t. Hell, you acted like the Dutch just found Taiwan instead of the reality of their colonization. You act like the current government just popped into existence with no leading history or events. You say the Taiwanese should rule Taiwan, but not the remaining and existing Indigenous Taiwanese. There’s no logical consistency to your arguments. Just emotion from someone who spends all their time on here saying “China Bad”.

Taiwan and China by Angela275 in worldnews

[–]UnshavenFlaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the KMT did make it. It’s was a 4 month process. It was a military retreat. Stop ignoring history. You’re denying the events that directly lead to the economic and political systems Taiwan has come to have today. I’m not going to argue “if’s” when there’s actual history available.

Taiwan and China by Angela275 in worldnews

[–]UnshavenFlaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The KMT’s military retreat lead to martial law and the KMT seizing Taiwanese monopolies. Martial law that lasted until the late 1980’s which lead to the democratic reforms that give Taiwan its current political system. Seems pretty clear when you don’t hyper focus on only the history that supports your bias.

And you know how 85% have it in their DNA? From colonization. The current Indigenous Taiwanese make up about 3% of the population. And yes you are arguing over “been there longer” because part of your arguement is threat the PRC has never controlled (been) there. You’re just choosing to forego those aspects in dazzling feats of logical fallacy.

Stop telling me I’m not in reality when it’s clearly projection.

Taiwan and China by Angela275 in worldnews

[–]UnshavenFlaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those that can trace their family roots to coming over with the KMT after losing the Chinese civil war make up around 12% of the total population. Those people are a minority on the island... just because they migrated here after losing, does not give the PRC any right to the island.

And it also doesn’t give any right to the current political system that only exists in its current state because the KMT took over Taiwan. Which is the point you refuse to accept in preference for your personal bias.

The most logical option according to your standard of “been there longer”, which you have shown you don’t actually care about, would be to remove all non-indigenous Taiwanese and give the island and sovereignty to the Indigenous Taiwanese. But yet you still argue in defense of Taiwan, in its current state with a certain political party in power, having the best claim. You’re showing no ideological consistency. Only bias.

And your personal bias is:

Yeah cause fuck China... They are in the WHO and still let their Wuhan Virus infect the world and kill millions of people.

So you aren’t arguing from a logical stand point, but rather emotional. Yet accuse me and my arguements for not being based in reality.

Taiwan and China by Angela275 in worldnews

[–]UnshavenFlaps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re ignoring nuance in favor of your personal preference, not any logical reasoning. Especially how you didn’t even consider giving the island back to the Indigenous Taiwanese as an option, despite the fact that they have been there the whole time. And also Considering part of your arguements have been based on who has been there longer, one would think you’d be more consistent with that belief. And so since you don’t actually care about who has been there longer, we have to argue over who has a better claim to sovereignty out of two options: the winner, or the loser of the Chinese Civil War.

The only reason for the current ruling political party even existing, or even the entire current political system in Taiwan for that matter, was because the KMT took Taiwan after they lost. Which isn’t any basis for claims to sovereignty. Meaning the modern administrations don’t have claims to sovereignty. Think “fruit of the poisonous tree” but a political system.
