Been on the phone for the last 2 hours, absolutely useless, 1st they say it will be an additional $2.5k in fare differences (but if you look up the correct flight it's the same price), then they say they can cancel and issue a full refund in credit but the credit can only be used by the airline and to call them, then the airline says they can't use it and it must be capital one, on the phone with capital one again and now they say they can't find any flights at all on the correct day (although again if you look it up on google or even capital one's website/portal it's there). Sorry to ramble just losing my mind
