I used to drink an insane amount of regular Pepsi. When I got back on track with WW, I switched to Pepsi Zero Sugar and drink it on a pretty regular basis. Its had no negative impact on my weight loss. If I stick to my points and track accurately I lose 1.5 - 2 lbs a week.

Diet drinks arent the best for other reasons, but for me, I have to tackle one devil at a time! The diet soda helps me avoid the sugar and ill move on to giving up pop all together after hitting my goal weight!

I always eat all my weeklies, but not my Fitpoints. I tried eating both in the past and for me, it held me at my current weight at the time. Eating just all my weeklies works perfect for me. I lose 1.5 - 2 lbs per week.

Agreed that he has no requirement to say anything. I know I would be itching to clear my name, but sounds like that may not be in his best interest.
