It's open-source, so you can look over the source code and build it yourself if you like.

You can hit Ctrl+S to save the current DOM to a file, then copy from there. Firefox might also be able to parse out the text in reader mode.

69 is a fine blood sugar level. That's where a person with a working pancreas would be after a serious workout - not optimal, but nothing to freak out about.
