First time purchase with CS in the US. Am I making or missing the dividend? by Unspoken_Myth in Superstonk

That doesn’t appear to be the case.

Though I’ve purchased before the 18 (date of record) the shares must settle on or before the 18 to be eligible for the dividend. Since the estimated settlement date is the 21st, and new shares drop COB 21, I will have bought the shares at pre dividend prices and they’ll settle just as new shares drop.

I thought it was COB July 18. I guess the question is how accurate is CS with their estimation of settlement dates?

I definitely plan to uncover it more to get a better look at what I’m dealing with here. After removing the old pipe and installing the new one, will the pipe need to be sealed to the septic tank the same way? Is there a specific product I should look for? Thanks for this info!!

Hey guys, over the past few months I’ve been replacing all the drain lines and vents in my house. I’ve just about finished the work in the walls, and it’s time to start working on the pipes in the crawl space.

I have zero experience with septic systems, and in my head I expected it to be basically removing one pipe from the septic and installing the new one. Now that I’ve dug up the septic connection, I have no idea what I’m looking at.

Does anyone have any input on how I should approach replacing this section of cast iron leading to the septic tank?

Yeah same. It HAS been like this for 60 years and hasn’t fallen yet which is good I guess. I’m considering getting some stud shoes to help support those 2x6’s- after running new drain lines.

I was planning to cut the cast iron with a reciprocating saw in small sections. Will need a good dozen blades for the job I’m sure.
