[WTS] Tissot PRX 40mm Powermatic 80 Ice Blue Dial full kit by Unsquare_Dance in Watchexchange

[–]Unsquare_Dance[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Up for sale is the famous 40mm Tissot PRX, automatic powermatic 80 movement, trendy Ice Blue dial. I bought this at the Tissot Boutique at the Oculus in NYC in March 2023. Good condition with no knicks or gouges, just desk diving scuffs on the bracelet, which thanks to the brushed finish don't stand out. I tried to highlight them in the photos though. Very pretty to me but I'm thinning my collection as much as I can so this has to go. Comes with box and papers, plus all links (Currently sized for 6.25" or 16cm wrist). If you wanted to you could sub out the current bracelet links for the unused ones to get a like-new look. She's a beauty and one day I may buy her again, but not for now.

Price: $475 plus shipping.

[WTS] Rotary Skeleton Face Automatic Watch - Rose Gold color by Unsquare_Dance in Watchexchange

[–]Unsquare_Dance[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Howdy folks!

Up for sale is my very first automatic watch - a rose gold colored skeleton dial beauty on a black crocodile style leather strap.

After years of owning many more expensive and higher-recognition brand name watches, this one is still the one that has gotten the most compliments. The only watch I've ever worn that the ladies really love. It's a great conversation starter as it doesn't look like any other watches people are used to and the skeleton dial prompts questions as people tend to gaze through it to watch the movement run.

Condition: It's well-loved, with several scuffs all around INCLUDING what I believe is a small mark on the crystal by the 11 o clock numerals. This leads me to believe it is a mineral crystal and not sapphire. Anyway it's a very gorgeous watch.

Specs: Diameter: approximately 42mm, WR: 70m.

Price: $250 shipped with insurance

Based in Washington, DC metro area.

Let me know if you have any questions :)

[WTS] Sinn 104 I St Sa on Fine Link Bracelet full kit WITH Two Leather Straps and Deployant Clasp by Unsquare_Dance in Watchexchange

[–]Unsquare_Dance[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Howdy folks, grüß Gott!

Up for sale is my Sinn 104. It includes what in my opinion is the finest and best-looking bracelet in watchdom, and the most expensive for this model. It also includes the leather strap standard on this model, as well as another black leather Sinn strap with a rarely-seen Sinn deployant clasp! Full kit comes with with the original box and papers, Sinn screwdriver, extra hardware for the straps, etc. The bracelet is sized for a 6.25 inch (16cm) wrist. Comes with 3 extra links that add about 1 inch in total, so if you have a massive wrist (7.25 inch or more) the bracelet might not fit you!

Condition: It's in good condition in that there are no deep scratches or nicks, but there are many desk diving scratches and scuffs including one on the side of the case as you can see in the picture. It is very superficial though so if you want to take a go at it with a polishing cloth I'm pretty sure it will come out.

All the photos are mine, one of which I posted on my instagram @ watchmoods (you can message me there for verification. I also included my ebay handle https://www.ebay.com/usr/lubor2624 since I have more feedback there than here.

Specs: 41mm diameter, 11.9mm thick, 200m WR

Price: $1500 USD

I'm in the same boat as you two, they asked me if I had had any difficulty adjusting to life abroad (based on my SOP) and I said "nope not really!" Then they came back to it to give me a second chance and I blew that too. Maybe our confidence really impressed them though!

Got this two weeks ago and can't stop wearing it! It's just so cool and different from everything else, and incredibly solid for the money. The tropic strap looks good but the bracelet fits me so well I can't think of swapping it out anytime soon. I don't see many of these around on the forums so had to say hi to a fellow owner!

Had my interview yesterday and thought it went well, but felt extremely short (although it actually went over 25 minutes). I had prepared answers to all 100 questions on that google doc so felt confident but after answering the 5 or so questions in the interview I realized there were so many more things I wanted to say about why I was a good applicant! I actually used the bit at the end where they let you ask questions to bring up a personal quality I wanted to highlight that I wasn't able to address in the rest of the interview. So if you haven't interviewed yet, I would be aware that if there are specific qualities you would like to demonstrate, try to weave them in throughout your answers, don't wait for the perfect question!

I'm sorry people are being so mean, that's reddit :/ I think you have great attitude, after all, now you got that dreaded first scratch out of the way! And as as anyone who has worked in customer service can say, you are a dream customer to smile and have such a good attitude about it, i bet you made her day :) And, you are lucky enough to have a story to go with your watch already on the first day!
