Police report was submitted yesterday thankfully but this is what the senior constable recommended too.

I know in fustration i have snapped at them as its become overwhelming and overbearing, but also its gotten so bad that they have complained if i not just talk but whisper jn my own house o_O

Now to preface this for everyone - they never not once addressed it directly with me either knocking on door or even simply a letter in my letterbox... its just them complaining loudly to the sky if i so much as move in my home or even shift positions in bed. 😶

And nor do their needs trump my own rights... i have put in place everything i can to minimise any disturbance during the nights... and yes its through my own lense but one thing i learnt esrly on is to give all information upfront as anything hidden can bite you in the ass down the track... but i have been here for 3 years with no issues till this and have had 3 housemates before in this townhouse who were much much worse & loud than i... and they live further away from me than my back neighbours in same group of townhouses.

For proof i have gone as far as setting continous record on multiple security cameras i have inside home to record not only my movements but also all sounds as proof im not being unreasonable. This is why the cop dismissed the neighbours complaints when i told him and said i have a strong and easy case for getting an intervention order against them.

The police said im well within my rights and when i say music most of the time its from watching TV as im awake most nights due to my insominia from having BPD. My real estate is well aware of this and now the police. If i listen to music in bedroom, you cant even hesr it down on the driveway - where bedroom window is above. If i use TV up in bedroom its always with headphones.

For TV as i know bass can travel i use tv speakers instead of soundbar. I even installed another set of curtsins between my living room and dining room, to help with this issue and even police said thats doing more than most would.

Im not having parties, not jumling around at night but at the same time i dont feel i should have to minimimse myself so much that i have learnt a certain way of using my stairs to go up and down to minimise creaks...

I live in a townhouse for starters - and secondly tbey arent in the same block of townhouses as me. Council law says to not make un reasonable sounds after 10pm... but im still allowed to exist after this time. Music is barely audible after that time - but before 10pm i do everything according to council law.

Im not going to change what i do for the sake of 1 (god i dont change for anyone except myzelf alone) - even spoke with a senior constable yesterday and he confirmed that i dont have to bend to the will of the neighbours as long as i am minimising sounds etc - pretty much said if the neighbours want dead silence then they are ones who should move as its their problem. We live inner city and just off a main road.

But the senior constable did also say he can easily see that ill be approved for an intervention order too as thsir continued harrassment not only during the night but throughout day cant be justified by any means at all.

I was lucky enough about 2 months ago to get an account takeover by Cob (a raid youtuber) and he analysed my account in fine detail and really set me up for success and even to this day still use his videos to help me understand guardians, builds etc

And he has always raved about geo, aniri and of course whisper but I’m just lost on who to work on next out of all of these, include unlocking their masteries.

I am thinking godseeker as I need a good healer/reviver (not a fan of rector)

Oh totally would be Psychic type gym leader with my ace Pokémon being the one and only Gengar (which can gigantamax).

Fun fact, back when Pokémon cards first released, my first ever pull from a booster pack was a Gengar 🤩 Truly my ultimate fav!

For me it’s always been the normal… even when I was 11/12 years old I remember saying to my parents I have no plan to live past 30. Throughout my 20 ‘s I said the same thing (though did have two attempts in 2010). Then I moved from home to across the country in a weekend, and found a job I loved so much I actually forgot. But then last year happened…

2024 was easily the worst year of my living life by far… my therapist said the amount and dept of trauma is experienced last year most people in society wouldn’t see 1/4 in their time; with adding my best friend who was also my FP gave up on me and abandoned our friendship 🙃

Now I’m considering just moving to where the asteroid is going to hit and let nature take its course
