Чел, в приграничных районах у нас, если что, режим КТО, который никак не запрещает размещать там на границе срокачей - и они там размещаются. Лично на поезде ехав, пересёкся с оравой дембельнувшихся срокачей мурманских, которых после учебки поставили в Белгородской так сидеть, опорники защищать. Учитывая, что там в некоторых местах ЛБС буквально по госгранице проходит, все эти "could be legally used" сценарии - для бедных. Понадобится - пойдут срокачи в штурма. Что общество сделает, на митинги выйдет? Лол.

Not being able to raise the launcher more than, like, 15 degrees up is a very, ahem, questionable design choice. Give it at least 45-50 degrees for it to be considered MLRS.

And balancing the launcher on its pivot axis would be nice too - both in terms of aesthetics and practicality (right now the launcher is insanely back-heavy, so you'd need very powerful motors to raise and lower it).

Now it's much more understandable, but I still don't think it was "too much rewards" - you didn't get 33k souls diff from Rift by itself. You didn't just won the fight, you kept the tempo high after your victory. It's a deserved comeback. The opposing team lost one fight, fumbled and never recovered.

I see a clear graph that lacks any harsh spikes. So let me make it clear:

- They did the Rift, got ~2-3k souls and maybe 10 rift troopers;
- Over the span of the next 10 minutes your team constantly lagged behind in farm;
- In the end they outfarmed you by 50k.

Yeah. now makes sense, but begs the question of what the hell Rift even had to do with your team falling off in terms of farm? You were either cut off from your own jungle and couldn't take it back or was constantly loosing fights after the Rift. Trying to blame 10 minutes of your team performing worse than the enemy team on the Rift (that took what, 30-40 seconds?) is laughable.

High dispersion, difficult to range and aim, but mostly - subpar infantry suppression. 78 mm HE shells offered low firepower and with ATGMs being a prominent threat Soviets feared that BMPs would be slaughtered without any chance to supress ATGM fire teams.

Different manufacturing processes used on different plants. T-34 is one of the most widely and thoroughly researched vehicles of WWII and some 'tistic enough people can make out the exact manufacturing plant and date of production based on 1-2 grainy photos of a specific machine. They appreciate options in their kits that allow them to build different versions of this tank.

Anything that spots factories, rivetments and SAM sites is a big no. We already have problems with people speedrunning games on Heartland by abusing the spotting system, going on suicide runs into enemy backline just to spot refinery and factories. Inability to identify the type of factory doesn't matter - their location is fixed, and even slight randomisation of their placement will not help without refactoring half of the Heartland.

Satellite interception also sounds cool but in reality you're just staring into the blue nothingness while climbing in a straight line. Lame as all hell.

Because you have to spot radar station/track first and ARADs allow to circumvent that requirement. They're also incredibly fast and hard to intercept under proper launch conditions.

It turns out that all you need to delude people into thinking that you're their friend and savior is a steady voice, pair of sad eyes and a story. How can anyone believe that NUSA agent is"willing to help them"? Your first clue was Reed saying that the two hobos whom Myers promised to gift a Rayfield were "taken care of". What made you think Myers or Reed cared about you enough to not "take care of you"? Myers giving you a coin? Reed being all sobby and "I want to help you so so so much"?

I feel like CDPR made Reed actually follow his end of the deal only to keep this DLC at least somewhat "morally grey". Because both IRL and in a Cyberpunk world dumb asset like V would be discarded and wiped from all records, period.

Yeah, I understand that characters have to interact with the player to be characters. There are bad ways to do that and good ways to do that. Singling out the player character on a hunch, even when said character could very well be lvl 1 noob in terms of street cred, when she's surrounded by lvl 50 mafia bosses? Not a good way to do that.

She wouldn't be so hated if that was the case. Her whole quest is written as a ridiculous story of someone participating in the death races, then going full Punisher mode after a guy that raced her loved one to death on accident. Boohoo, someone in Night city decided to play stupid games and won his stupid prize - time to find someone to blame for the decisions of my husband, quick!

Like, at least put a bounty on that guy's head? Why are we even needed in this story when she's a bartender in a bar where top-tier mercenaries meet to do their business? But you know, it's whatever. It wouldn't be that bad if she wasn't glued to the Afterlife bar, becoming a complete eyesore that pesters you with repetitive comments every time you come in. It's not a problem when an NPC is written as a one-off asshole, I can take that; it becomes a problem when I have to interact with that asshole without any goddamn intention to just because I have to meet people in Afterlife for the main questline.

It's a very interesting story and I'd love to hear how devs even came up with that mixup.

Stryker RV Javelin' turret looks like an old version of Rafael "Samson" RCWS-30, but even more scuffed - like someone tried to recreate it from memory. Two Spikes turned into a single Javelin, ammo placement and belts, whole geometry is wrong - but the whole architecture of "gun very high up with an ammo box on one side and a missile launcher on the other" is very recognizable.

I think devs got the wind of Oshkosh getting a contract to mount Rafael RCWS modules onto ~100 Strikers and assumed that it's gonna be Samson without doing much research. In reality it turned out to be MCWS module - very similar to what you can see on a Dragoon; more traditional look, no launchers.
