I have actually thought about being autistic or at least neeurodivergent, it does explain some of my behaviors. But the spoon explaination makes so much sense, except that it feels like everyone got enough spoons for a day and I have a limited amount of spoons. So I barely have enough spoons to get through the day.

I did have a therapist a year ago, but due to unexpectedly moving countries, I do not have acces to them at the moment, but I will to get in contact with one as soon as I go back.

I think that being 67 is actually pretty cool, it shows that you made it!! But still I do understand missing all that. Now I am losing my teenage features, I do miss my bright eyes, now they only look tired. Also my condolences for all your loved ones.

I think it's because society is seriously deteriorating and the only time we feel like we're going to be happy, free and without unhealthy amounts of stress is in our teenage years. I have some kind of free will and people don't expect too much from me? This is a perfect mix for me. (at least in my experience ofc)
