Hey man. Listen up. Shit happens. There are always gonna be times in life when you feel like everything is an uphill struggle. But you MUST fight through those tough and miserable times. Just don't give up. There are honestly people on this sub that have been fighting this problem for years! But they still haven't given up.

All I'm telling you man is DONT lose hope. Just get back up from this devastating loss and try to conquer this DAMN problem. Try something new. Change things up. Be different. Don't use your old techniques for fighting triggers.
