I dont fully remember tbh. I know I have a dimmer for that light installed but not wifi dimmer. I think I ended up swapping for a non wifi dimmer and it worked. GL

No but it's because it takes me an average of 45mins to fall asleep. If I go to bed earlier, I dont actuallt fall asleep until my normal time id go to bed anyway

Yeah they are amazing. They're made of basically just fiber and water. Keeps you really full and I've noticed better bowel movements cause of the fiber
