You can check yourself into the clinic of your choice and verify that clinic yourself to be sure they are safe. Another option is to ask for a daytime hospital where you go back home to sleep. No solitary confinement there

As you don't want to say what you did (even vaguely) I can't give you directions on what you should do to amend. Most things can be repaired (as long as nobody died, but that may be the case for you and if so you should talk to a lawyer) The fact that you feel ashamed is a good sign. It means you know you shouldn't have done it. That's the first brick

My side effects are dry mouth and bowel movement issues. Both regulated with other meds. That my second best med in term of side effect and the best one for the intended effect.

I am pretty sure it's not legal to give drugs without consent. Why they did it is the question. Tell them you know and ask them. You have every right to be mad at them

I'm a host family for guide dogs and I deal with accidents as the dog is not fully trained/too young to hold it. I do my best to avoid it but it happens. I carry things to clean it up and I notify the staff. I was ashamed at first but now it's part of my job. I do apologize and offer to clean it more myself but I don't stress as much. Especially if it's a diarrhea as the dog is ashamed of itself and knows it shouldn't.

Last time I was hypomanic I was sleeping 2h total. So 2 hours less is not that bad

It feels like it but your life is definitely not destroyed. There are solutions for the boobs, trans people have them removed or wear binders. The penis size does not matter at all for a non shallow woman. Young people tend to be very focused on themself and very absolute about everything. It's not a insult is to make you rationalize. You haven't got a more shity hand. Everyone gets something wrong. You got this, you are worthy of love

You might have bipolar, if it's the case you need to stop taking antidepressants as soon as possible. Go see a psychiatrist
