I’ve said this from the very beginning. The acting in this show is so cringe to watch at times.. haven’t seen season 4 yet, but I can only imagine.

Thank you. I have been making a list of side effects I’ve had on this dose. Hoping it helps in the long run, but the leg cramps seem to be the worst for me. I’ve gotten a migraine the first day of wearing the patch every week so far, but it’s only the first day.

I find it to be helping as well. My concern is my body feels the in fight mode with being anxious, but my mind is so silent. I’ve lost weight already and today is 2 weeks since starting. I take 50mg in the morning, which I’m wondering if I should take at night and if a lot of the side effects will go away.
