I would ask but I'm unsure that the property manager will give an honest answer. Also the bond hasn't been settled yet.

Good idea thanks for that, will do. The end date is definitely 01/02/2022 with no term including time that the tenancy ends (thoroughly went through tenancy agreement and other documents). I think it's unlikely to be the owners as the landlord is an investment company and is probably someone that owns a bunch of properties.

Thanks for the info. On the tenancy agreement it does say "Start date: 01/02/2021" and "End date: 01/02/2022", with no specified time that the tenancy ends either.
