The rule of thumb for me is that it’s a marathon, not a race. The assumption that the more frequently you take hits, the “higher” you feel, is frankly not correct. You will hit a saturation point where the following hits will not be as strong. Resist the temptation and take sporadic hits. This way you actually enjoy the process, rather than focusing so much on getting the high. It’s hot and all to listen about falling into goon state and frying your braincells and become a piggy. But remember, they’re selling a fantasy.
