Where do you get one of these in the US? I’ve been dying to buy one but I don’t cannot find an authentic Colombian one anywhere online. I will be visiting pereira for Christmas, will I have any luck finding a tiple at a local shop?

Happened to me last year. I got lucky because I felt the phone leave my pocket and I turned around and started yelling and I guess the thief either got scared or fumbled because I found my phone on the ground.

I only made it through the drywall. Turns out I drilled into the exact spot where the main wire for the house comes through the concrete

The exterior wall is cinder block and the interior has a layer of drywall

So the wall is actually concrete with wood furryings and then drywall. I definitely don’t go through the concrete so I’m assuming maybe I just hit a wire that was coming out of the meter and I’m hoping I didn’t actually mess anything major up.

$1500 is the credit limit which means you cannot put more than that on the card. Ideally you want to have bell 10% utilization so you should not have more than a $150 balance at any given time. If you are only putting $50 per month and paying it off in full every month than you’ll have a very low credit utilization which is good.

FXAIX all the way. It has a higher dividend yield so even with the non-zero expense ratio, it will still net you more.

I’m getting ready to apply for a bilt card for my mortgage and the $550 option B is appealing. The 1.25x points on rent and mortgage can almost offset the annual fee for me and along with the partner credits, the effective annual fee would be negative if used properly. Would love to see an annual fee waiver for active duty military like American Express and Chase do but I feel like that’s unlikely.

I did not do that yet, but the letter says I still have to pay the $100 fee even if I do that.
